So he must have created Satan and the desasters to come. Why?

If you believe in the bible you have to believe in my senrio. Christains are taught that God is the creator of everything. Please do not repsond in telling me that I will go to hell. If you claim to be a christain and make that response you are a hypocrite. There should be no anger when discussing the Lord.

Hello, of course God is All knowing. And he did see the betrayal of satan, just as he did of Adam and Eve, but he could do nothing to prevent it. To everything there is a Season. God doesn't mess with the free will of others. He lets us make our own decisions, whether they be right or wrong, he won't interfere with our will (which is our fleshly nature), because we have to learn from our own mistakes. To everything there is a purpose, God created each and every one of us for a specific reason, and he doesn't cause things to happen to us, he allows them because we did wrong. Unfortunately, we are all born sinners, and can only rid ourselves of our sin upon request, because God won't make us something we don't want to be. So, that is my answer to your question. God did not create the disasters that have happened in the past, nor will he create the ones that will come in the future. The reason these disasters are allowed to be bestowed upon us, is because of Sin. Period. Take Soddom and Gommorah, they were sinly countries, so God had to allow them to be distroyed. Take Noah and the ark, Everyone but Noah was living VERY sinful lives, therefore God allowed the flood to happen, but he also gave the people of Soddom and Gommorah and Noah's time the chance to repent, and they refused. We all determine our fate in one way or another. Now, that is my answer to your questions.

As an ex atheist I use to bring up the same point. Since I am a christian now, not be demoniation, but by following the book alone. I am still studing this item. Cause he should of seen Lucifer and the other 1/3 angels do their deeds. But its very scare on this topic.

I think He's more "all seeing" then "all knowing", and there is a difference. And for that, that is why he has done all he has done since Lucifer duped him. For this is Gods revenge on Lucifer. In way, you can think of it like......that dodge ball coming back to beem Lucifer and we happen to be riding on board that ball.

See....a christian and atheist can talk.....slurs and hate does not need to be slung....for one might be surprised how much a true christian does see things. True speaking is what lead me to the Bible from being an atheist. :)

I agree with 'serving lord Jesus' in that Satan was given free choice, and God knew he'd fall. It grieved him but he's not a God that likes to dictate, hence all the destruction throughout the Earth. We're all allowed free choice, Satan included (within reason) Satan, or Lucifer as he was known then, became greedy and wasn't happy with his position as highest heavenly being and sought to become master of everything...eventhough he himself was created by the master!
The mind boggles

God did see the betrayal of satan before it happened that's why he let them happen cause he knew thats what was suppose to happen for everything to unfold into the way things would be , just as with adam and eve. Personally I believe its because "evil" has to exist for "Good" to exist ,you have to have a contrast to anything to have the ability to acknowledge its greatness . So it had to happen for the world to exist as it does now .

Yes, God knew. He also gave Satan, choice and free will. Satan with his free will chose pride.

God created Lucifer and with pride in his heart, he fell and became Satan.

Yes, God created everything.

Without free will and choices, we would be good little robots.

Look, you can't choose the weather or the economy...but you can choose where you spend eternity.

Foreknowledge is different than planning something. He created us to love him. To do that he had to give us free choice. Freedom means choosing wrongly. But he does provide a solution and has mercy unending. He's here with us during the disasters. How would you have done it all?

I like this question and the rebuke of anger in "Christians" sooo... now... on the subject..... God wanted to make his glory be known throughout all generations... yes he would have and did see the betrayal of Satan... why? to let his glory be seen in the human "realm" so they could understand and truly live for their creator....

God DID know what would enter Satan's heart. But He also knew that the end of the game would be far better than the beginning, so He went with it.

TAD: Yes, you call it YOUR HEART.

I think what this comes down to is:
If "God" is all knowing and all seeing, why would "God" make imperfect people, knowing that they would not be what he asked them to be?

The answer, "For his glory" doesn't work either, if you were going to make something to glorify yourself and you had the ability, why would you make something that you know would fail?

One of three answers come to mind:
1. "God" is not omnipresent and omnipotent, and thus can only operate in a limited sphere of influence. "Yahweh" is one of many Gods.
2. "God" is omnipresent and omnipotent and planned things to go this way, suffering and all.
3. There is no "God"

That's my take on this anyway.
