After eating your blood is mainly used for digestion, if you exercise your muscles will need the blood and this might cause your digestion to stop or worst your body to be stressed. It can cause serious problems, therefore it is better to wait 2/3 hours after eating before exercising, unless what you eat is very little or very fast to digest (example: only fruits).

No--that's a bit of a myth that you shouldn't exercise after eating. My nutritionist told me that it's actually good to eat something light before exercising, to give you energy. Eating a heavy meal will slow you down and maybe make you nauseated, but that's all.

No, but you should give your body just a little bit of time to digest.
