A simple Wild Rice would compliment the flavors of the Salmon and Asparagus.

The salmon and the asparagus are the stars. Compliment with a simple basmatti or wild rice with a finely cubed grilled red pepper.
The colours one the plate will make this meal sparkle!

Rice with tomatoes, olives, pickles to add to your wonderful dishes. Roasted asparagus can be topped with nuts of your choice.

Appertizer should be fresh fruit of your choice and desert of your choice.

It sounds great. Enjoy

I agree a rice of some sort sounds delish! Also the recipe for both the salmon and asparagus please! (since I'm a terrible cook and both sound amazing) :)

organic macaroni & cheese w/ the shell pasta & add a little cayenne pepper on top once you've got all the ingredients in there & served on a plate ... not anything like reg mac'n'cheese & the pepper really dresses it up & gives it a kick! these three dishes makes one of my bro-in-laws favorite meals to make. pretty good, too.
