Get a Pap test and this will help determine if you have it. Some abnormalities that can give pause is having HPV (human papillomavirus) as this can be a very good indicator of cervical cancers.
If you are concerned, the best thing is to talk with your doctor. This is especially true if you are of high risk (family history, smoker, over 30, etc).
*EDIT*
The only true way to determine if one has it or not is to have a biopsy of questionable cells. My wife tested positive for abnormal cells prior to our first child but tested negative after giving birth. In the interim she was diagnosed with HPV and a biopsy confirmed this but ruled out cervical cancer.
Please look for a support group or any other cervical cancer groups on the internet as they can be a great resource. Your doctor will also be able to point you to local support groups available in your area.
*Praying that you are concerned for no reason*

Check the link below for the symptoms. You should get checked regularly whether you think you have it or not. I was 17 when I found out I had moderate dysplasia. As it was described to me by my gyno there are three stages, mild, moderate, severe then cancer. I was lucky to catch it as it could have developed very fast into cancer. How they found it? A pap smear came back abnormal. I had treatment for it called LEEP, they basically took a thin wire in the shape of a loop with an electrical current running through it and scraped my cervix. Then I went through pap tests every few months until they were sure it was gone. If you are having any problems whether you think it could be cancer or not, get checked! I had NO IDEA that I was that close to having cancer... there were no signs or symptoms. I am now 24 and have had no abnormal paps since and I had a very healthy 8lb 1 oz baby boy when I was 21.... I was VERY lucky to catch it before it developed.

Yes, lower abdominal pain, spotting between periods, unusual discharge, pain during intercourse.. Actually usually you don't begin to have symptoms of cervical cancer unless the cancer has become more advanced. Whats the cause for your concern? My cells had shown moderate to severe abnormal changes back in last august & i was surpose to have had an op to remove them but because of my anxiety disorder i chickened out : / Now i'm feaful i may have cancer, altough i think this is fairly unlikely so soon, either way i have made another appointment for the op

typically the signs for cervical cancer are pain during intercourse, abnormal spotting or bleeding, cramping, etc. But the cancer would have to be quite far along before it would even cause symptoms. The only real way to know weither or not you have cervical cancer is to get regular pap-smears, cloposcopies.
