Yes, she does. That is the age girls usually get one. Take her and let her pick out a trainer.

Well first of all does she really need one? Some girls mature sooner than others and this may be her case. If she would feel more comfortable with one than tell your mom what is going on. Or if your mom is not in the picture tell your dad you need to take your sister to do some girl shopping. Take her to a department store and look for a training bra the sales ladies can also help with out embarassing the two of you. Good luck.

What kind of help do you need? Do you need help choosing a bra? JC Penny's has a nice assortment of bras for young ladies: attractive lacy ones and sports bras, in all sizes.

My daughter is in the fifth grade this year and started wearing a bra shortly after the school year started. Being an athlete she tends to choose the sporty bras.

Ok?

My daughter is in 4th grade and I am having her wear one. It is one like a sports bra. She doesnt mind it. It will help her get used to it and be able to adjust better later. I don't think it is a bad idea.
Good Luck.

Well Does she need one? You can look at her and tell. Back in my day we dreaded the old "training bra" and did our best NOT to have to start wearing them. It really depends on your sister. If she is carrying around extra weight, that could affect the size of her breasts. Maybe she is maturing a bit faster than some.

Does she need one? Some girls develop much earlier than others. Even if she doesn't NEED one, I don't see the harm in a training bra. I wouldn't get her a lacy push up or anything.. Hee hee

it won't hurt to get her at least a training bra. I'd recommend taking her to a department store (like Penney's) and have her fitted to make sure you get the right size. or measure her with a tape measure around her chest under her breasts for the number size. this site has good information.

Fifth grade is not too young to start with a training bra. Quite a few fifth graders, are starting to develop. Help her out; what's the big deal???
