It's only about 25 dollars a month less, do you like your current insurance? Do you deal with a real person, or was it also purchased online or over the phone?
In my experience it is better to deal with someone local, they can help you whenever you need it. It may be a little more, but they also give you better discounts that make up the extra cost.
Have you talked to your insurance agent to see if you qualify for any discounts? Most companies give discounts if you have been with them for over a year, that's why I don't like switching insurance companies when my agent finds a lower priced deal, unless it is a significant amount. I like getting a lower premium every time I renew my policy. I don't know if yours is like that, or you already have a discount, but it's just a suggestion.
If you haven't asked for any discounts I would do that before switching to another company. If you tell them you are considering a different company they may give you a discount as well. I would try it first if you like your current company.
Also, make sure all the information they are quoting you for is correct, how many years you have been driving, any tickets, etc. Because a quote is just a quote, and many times they will send you a letter after you have gotten the policy and for some reason or another your price will go up, pretty much wiping out any savings you would have gotten. The insurances quotes aren't exactly based on you personally, it's just average stuff. For example, I didn't get my license until I was 18, but the insurance companies automatically think I have had it since I was 16, adding 2 years onto my driving experience. When they later get my accurate information and realized I have been driving since I was 18, they raise my rates. Happens every time. Is it quoted for the exact same thing you have now? Same coverage amounts and deductables? Is the new company automatically figuring in discounts that you may not qualify for?
All that stuff can change your actual premium from you quote, and since it is just 25 a month I would be sure that I am not losing anything else. Sorry, it's just in my opinion... I do not like dealing with insurance like that, ones that give you quotes without talking to you first, you just fill in your information and a quote is computed. I like dealing with agents that can find the best policy for my needs, at the best price. Some people want extra stuff like towing, roadside assistance, etc. and some people don't need it. An agent can find what is best for you and in my experience, get you the best deal.
And sorry, I have no personal experience with Esurance, I just thought I would mention all this since you may be able to get that discount from your current insurance, but I don't know how satisfied you are now anyway.

RE Switching car insurance?
I am thinking of switching to Esurance, it's about $25 a month cheaper than my current insurance. Anyone have any experience or knowledge of Esurance? How hard is it to switch?

sure, only talk over along with your insurance agent. i purchased a vehicle very last Fall and both autos were lined for as a lot as 30 days. After that, in reality the hot vehicle could be driveable. i became able to promote the different vehicle before the 30 days became up, so each little thing grew to develop into out large.

Sure, if you like not having an agent to help you with things or explain your policy when you are confused, go ahead.
For me, personally, I'd rather have a local real live person that I can go to in times of need. Not an 800 number or website.
