Depends how you define dangerous?? dangerous for most physically addictive? psychologically addictive? or most likely to kill you in an instant? It depends on the dose & the individual. All in all i would say the most dangerous drug in the world is solvent, followed by crack.

There are lots of them that are dangerous, especially when used for anything but the actual purpose of these drugs.
To name a few, diamorphine (heroin), morphine, codeine, cytotoxic drugs such as chemotherapy, pethidine, plus illegal ones such as cocaine.
All drugs are dangerous when used carelessly.

heroin, because of the addictive properties, the amount of acquisitive crime committed to fund it and the chances of death from overdose. Also because of diseases transmitted through needles and left lying about in parks, public toilets etc.
