Rastafarianism is your best bet.
Also, a large number of African and Native American religions involve ritualistic drug use. Mescalin (peyote) is legal if you're a follower of some Native American religions.
Drug use may also have been involved in Zoroastrianism and other Persian religions, but this is unverified.

Not sure about smoking weed in a religion...probably not a good idea in a church...but past that, its not a religious issue. *WG

I believe that Native Americans are allowed to partake in peyote- though I am not certain.......I have a feeling that if anyone would be allowed, it would be Native Americans for religious purposes.

based on their lack of intelligence and logic, it would seem prevalent in most of the major cults in the US, especially bible cults.
