2:00 pm. Anything over 12 just subtract it and you'll have regular pm time.
0000 = 12 am 0100 = 1 am 0200 = 2 am 0300 = 3 am
0400 = 4 am 0500 = 5 am 0600 = 6 am 0700 = 7 am
0800 = 8 am 0900 = 9 am 1000 = 10 am 1100 = 11 am
1200 = Noon 1300 = 1 pm 1400 = 2 pm 1500 = 3 pm
1600 = 4 pm 1700 = 5 pm 1800 = 6 pm 1900 = 7 pm
2000 = 8 pm 2100 = 9 pm 2200 = 10 pm 2300 = 11 pm

The 24 hour clock works like this. The hours before noon are read as 0100 hours right up to noon time which is read as 1200 hours. So you have 0100, 0200, 0300 for 1am, 2, am, 3 am etc. After noon you just add another hundred to 1200. So then 1pm becomes 1300, 2pm becomes 1400. See nothing to it. Minutes are read the standard way 1410 hours 1411hours for 2:10pm and 2:11 pm. This continues up to midnight which is 2400 hours. It is a good and effective way to avoid confusion especially when trying to specify minutes after noon or minutes after midnight. Minutes after noon 1201 hours. Minutes after midnight 2401hours. See? Now you can figure it out for yourself.
This is a good example of the difference between the liberal approach and the conservative approach. Liberals will give you the time. Conservatives will teach you how to tell time youself so you no longer need to be dependent on anyone else.

It's 2:00 p.m.
Military time uses a 24 hr clock. Eliminating a.m. & p.m.
So, 1:00 p.m. is 1300 hrs.
2:00 p.m is 1400 hrs and so on.
This is NOT Zulu time.
Zulu time is Greenwich Mean Time. This way the world wide deployed military forces are all using one time zone.

2:00 pm This is called Zulu time in the military, its so you won't have to think a.m. or p.m. anything after 12:00 noon you just add 1 so 1:00p.m. becomes 13:00 2:00p.m. 14:00 and so on

As a service member 1400 can mean a lot of things, the most acceptable is 2:00PM. But there are variations, if a soldier is told to be somewhere at 1400 it usually means 1345 (if you are on time you are late, if you are early you are on time). If you are to be at a Commander's or First Sergeant's 1400 formation, it could be anytime between 1400 and 1430 (they are never late to their own formations). Oh, by the way, that guy who said the 24HR time is called Zulu time, you are wrong Zulu is the reference for the zero-point reference (universal time) which is also know as Greenwich Mean Time. So if it is 1400 PST it is 0600 Zulu (UTC)

If marine time is used, and the time is greater than 12, subtract twelve from the time to determine what time it is.
