An atheist is one who disbelieves or denies the existence of God or gods. If this sounds like you, than you are an atheist, regardless of whether or not you believe that dinosaurs once roamed the earth.

The Behemoth mentioned in Job 40:15 and the Leviathan in Job 41:1, and Psalms 74:14, and 104:26 are believed to be dinosaurs.
If you read the Old Testament you will notice that before the flood everyone seemed to live longer. Many reptiles and fish have what is called indeterminate growth. That it is to say they grow their whole life. That is why they are so big.
After the flood there is an apparent climate change and the life span of everything was greatly reduced. You will find that most fossilized dinosaurs were killed in a flood. The sudden sedimentation is what fossilized them. There are sights that actually have the footprints of man and dinosaur at the same time and place. Dinosaurs roaming the earth is therefore a documented fact historically and written about in the Bible. The Bible writers obviously are trying to make points with real life illustrations so the wrote about the awesomeness of the Leviathan and the Behemoth to make their point about God. So your belief in dinosaurs is validated by historic documentation in the Bible.
You can only be an atheist if you choose to be nothing makes you one. An atheist doesn't believe there is a God.

If you mean that that kind of belief would make you not to believe in god or the Bible, I say no. The Bible tells that god created animals before the humans, so of course he could have created also the dinosaurs. And the evidence of the dinosaurs´ bones found doesn´t contradict the Bible creation story, so you do not need to be worried about that, if you are meaning that. And the dinosaurs could be gone extinct for a number of reasons speculated by the scholars which neither contradict the Bible. The Flood theory mentioned above is a good example.
And of course you can believe in any god, even a Christian one, in your own way and that neither makes you an atheist, even if the scientific and biblical evidences doesn´t match with each other.

The only thing that would make you a atheist is that you don't believe that there is a God. What makes you a Christian if you believe that the Lord Jesus Christ came to earth as a man so He could die for your sins and that He was buried and took your sins away and He rose again the third day for your justification. 1 Corinthians 15: 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 1 Corinthians 15: 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: Romans 4: 25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

You're an atheist if you don't believe in any god or gods. Furthermore...
polytheist- believes in many gods
monotheist- believes in one god
agnostic- undecided whether there is a god or gods or not
deist- believes that god created the world and then abandoned it, exerting no influence on natural phenomena
theist- believes there is a god or gods who created the universe and oversee and influence it
pantheist- believes god is the universe and the laws which govern it

No it does not. You would believe that the evidence shows that dinosaurs existed. That would not make you an atheist.
