Are there any apps out let keys on the keyboard to simulate the mouse wheel scroll? I have no mouse wheel.

DO NOT tell me to get a stupid mouse with a scroll wheel either. DUH. Only neadrethals use mice. I have an optical trackball I will never part with, it just doesn't have a scroll wheel !!

use the page up,,,page down on your keyboard it will do the same thing as a mouse...

Best solution - Buy a mouse with a scroll wheel. You can buy good quality mice relatively cheap on the internet from the likes of amazon and ebay.
No point tryng to emulate the scroll wheel action with other keys, its just never going to work as effectively.

Page down button?.....or the down arrow button maybe; it's what I used until I got one of these mouse' with the wheel, which would probobly be your best bet I think. They're not expensive at all.

specific i exploit it very oftentimes. i come across that maximum poeple dont use it, the two scroll or purely click the scroll bar. i come across the two function to be arduous and prefer the technique of rolling or clicking the scroll(wheel)
