No....unless you really love the person and have deep feelings for them. Life is too short to be committed FOREVER...have fun...see the world, but don't push everyone away or in then end when you are old and creepy...you'll be lonely.

Forever is past any ones life span, A relationship will last as long as you two live and do the things needed to make the relationship flourish for you both, be there for each other through thick and thin and honor each other by not cheating on each other, be honest and talk, then you have a true relationship that will last a life time.

A relationship can be successful even if it doesnt last forever. You can gain a life long friendship. At the end of the day thats what relationships are. A life long connection between ppl!

It depends on the two people that are together, and how much they two people love each other, my parents were together for 46 years, and other arent together that long, i love it when i see couples that have been together for years, the longer the better.
I know one thing that is for sure, the older generation work though the good & bad times, while our generation want to end it without working through the hard times, but just the good. They say nothing is forever but with hard work and deciation to one another anything is possible.

It depends. You should take it slow and know the person before u go out. But when you get married that should be foreevere some people don't take their vows to heart anymore and that is a serious problem

at one time i taught it would last forever until he start to cheat on me i do not believe in anything any more because of what i went through in life

there are some relationships that last forever, some don't. if it does, be grateful, if it doesnt then maybe its not that good anyway.
