im 8 week pregnant and my face is so rough with pimple, black spot as a pregnant lady which face and body cream is suitable for me

i would use aveno on your body and oil of olay regenerist on your face. also try something like a clearisol foaming facial cleanser, or cream facial cleanser before going to bed and mornings. There is also a special lotion for stretch marks, but i am not sure who makes it. if you find out let me know.
i am 8 weeks along also. My due date is october 17.

You can use over the counter acne products. I suggest the Loreal acne treatment kit- you can get that at grocery stores, walmart, drug stores, etc. It has the same active ingredients as Proactiv, in addition the face wash is exfoliating. The price is about $17.95 a box- and each box lasts about 2 months.
I have problem skin and I am very impressed with the results.
