HELP ! i am 39 and divorced i feel alone and bored how do i start feeling alive again?

people say that i am pretty i look like janet jackson, but i am old and it seems everything is for younger people, what is there for an older woman to do to meet people and live life again

Hmmmm I think the problem is that the meeting places for when you were 20 are now off limits mainly because of tolerance.. I am 29 and I can't stand clubs and I am happily in a relationship but blind dates and fix ups don't really appeal to me anymore.... You need a place where you feel comfortable that you can have fun and met new people....

Ever consider going to a dance class? Maybe a Latin dance class or maybe a swing class or even ball room (doubt there will be many guys) Interested in taking care of your car? take a basic maintenance class (lots of men) or how about joining some kind of club such as Kiwanis Club or even Habitat for Humanity... If you play golf hit the links with a friend if you do not play now is a good time to learn? TONS of men....

Change your tactics and join something that appeals to you and meet men who have the same interests.... Dancing makes you healthy and makes your body look great and lets you mingle if you choose the right dance class..

Old? Gimme a break! Wish I was 39 again!

Volunteer. Spend time at the library. Find other things and places you enjoy going and doing and do them...this will keep you from being bored and you just might meet someone special with the same interests.

i am very much younger than you so its not mush i can say to a older much wiser person as yourself. but if this help " Do you Boo" live it up. do what will make you happy. get you a new man/woman young or older that going to treat you like the best thing in the world. but leave your options open. all i can say is BE HAPPY. i think you might be a strong, determined, inspired, loyal, fearless, brave. come on im nowhere near marriage age but be a example to me and other after my own divorce ( i going to have three, lol) but enjoy love yourself.

It is time to look into civic organizations. There are plenty of opportunities out there to volunteer or to get together with people of similar interests. If you are religious, now may be the time to find a church (or mosque, or synagogue, etc). Check with your library, chamber of commerce, the united way, all of those places. You will broaden your horizons and give you more to do. Do you have any friends? Maybe you could organize a girls night out. It is harder to be single as you get older but it's not impossible. You just have to work harder at it.

Comon women! Older women are sexy as HELL. Get out and be someone. Go to the bookstore, go to the mall and just walk around. Meet men in places you wouldnt ordinarily go. Go to church. Eat at small outdoor corner restaurants. You have to push the envelope and be active. Take care of yourself. Hair, nails, bikini wax. Make yourself look great and have confidence doing it. Friendship and love will take care of itself. Be strong dont let it all get you down. HAVE FUN.

Fisrt thing first be honest with yourself and then you can be yourself. Make life interesting. Have fun you only live once. make the best of it. But be cautious. Dont turn yourself into a whore so to speak but have fun and live.
