Yes because you have cooked the cream into a sause with other ingrediants this should be fine. If your not sure you could always send it round to me I love a good curry. :o)

It's definitely safe--I do it all the time. But it only works if it was made with heavy or whipping cream--not with half-and-half, which will curdle, for some reason.

Even with heavy cream, though, you'll probably notice that it separates when you begin reheating it. Don't worry: if you keep stirring, it will be smooth again by the time it's hot enough to serve.

Yes,definitely. It's perfectly safe to freeze provided you don't leave it hanging around for several days beforehand. I've done it several times and never suffered any ill effects when I've defrosted and reheated it. In fact, it tastes even better the second time around!
