Sometimes I take a wee poo. That takes a lot of effort so sometimes I wee wee while having a wee poo.

Because if that naturally didnt occur, your brain would be floating in wee.

When you are pushing your poo out , you also simultaneously push your pee a little bit but you don't pee because you are pooing, but right after you finish pooing you have pushed on your bladder so much that you feel like going pee so you pee the rest of your pee out

Because your sphincter is relaxed and not contracting therefore allowing the urine to pass through the urinary tract.
