Make some coffee very very strong if you don't have an espresso machine.
Heat some milk and froth it with a beater of some sort.
Add to the coffee scooping in the foam. If you wish add a flavored syrup or other flavor of your choice

The simplest recipe I've found is this
3 teas. instant espresso
2 cups boiling water
3 cups very hot milk
6 teas. granulated sugar
And a form of topping (cinnamon, grated chocolate, etc)
This makes quite a bit, 8 small cups, so it may need adjusting
Remember, cappuccino is a 1/3 espresso, steamed milk and froth

if you like tim hortons french vanilla or english toffee, you can buy a can from any tim hortons location, mix it as per directions (like hot chocolate, just stir it well) then go buy a frother they are about $10.
fill frother about halfway with milk (and if you like a bit of sugar) and froth that up - it will rise as you froth it, so don't fill it. add to the cappucino. i like to give it a little stir but that's your option.

They have instant cappuccino that is good if you don't have the machine. I bought a huge container of it at Sam's for about $5.
