My friend, why are you singling out Christians? What do you find so hard to believe? If we are to be ridiculed for our beliefs then why not the Musilim, Buddhist, Hinduist, Evolutionist, Athiest, Humanist, New Ager, Wiccan...shall I go on? What makes you think you have all the answers? Christians are not intellectual cripples my friend, we have seen the majesty of God in his creation, we have felt the love like that of a father unto his children and we wait for that glorious day that we will see our Lord in all his eternal Glory! We don't ignore life, we live it and take part in it with great enthhusiasm and anticipation of the good things to come. May I ask you what is on your itinerary for the future my good brother?

For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. 1 Corinthians 3:19

Christians are just trying to help you. I am sorry you don't believe in the same things I do. But I wouldn't say you were dropped on your head. I just happen to think that you are misguided.
Believing in God gives you nothing to lose and everything to gain.

No...it's the like of you, a unbeliever who has been dropped on your head. With God's many wonders all around you every moment of everyday, and yet you still choose to defy God and His Works. Did you as a unbeliever ever have a brain and if you did, did you ever learn how to use it? Obviously NOT! PEACE!!!

This is neither constructive nor helpfull. I'm not a christian, and dont hold with all of their beliefs, but what you're saying makes you no better than you claim they are.

For someone that can only see the world upside down, yes, it would appear to them that Christians are dropped on their heads. It's mutual though.

Questions like this make me wonder if all atheists were playground bullies when they were little.

It would explain some of their nastiness.

Matthew 5:11-12

“Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
