They use a fairly large needle for that so, yes, it's possible that it could keep you from donating. In the future try drinking lots of water to get yourself well hydrated before donatings. This will puff up your veins a little and might help. It's also possible that it's just not your lucky day and the attendant wasn't very skilled.

make certain youre eating sufficient... if youre dehydrated, your veins may be smaller than frequent. in the different case, you're rather a lot stuck with what you've. I dont imagine it truly is a reliable issue or a nasty issue... it only is.
