In order to come to Canada to work you would either need an employment authorization or an immigrant visa
Basically this involves having a close relative who is a Canadian citizen and who is willing to sponsor you; or
an employer who is willing to sponsor you on the basis that you have skills to perform a job that he's willing to offer you, and that he's been unable to find any Canadians or permanent residents who can minimally fit the job requirements; or
you would have to have skills for which there is a known shortage in Canada - in which case it would not be necessary to have an employer sponsor you.
