Drown your sorrows in a big 'ol bottle of Captian. Does the trick, the next day you are so miserably hung over you can't think of anything else. Or you could get all gussied up and let him eat his heart out!!

Well, if you broke up, it was probably for a good reason, just think about that when you get to missing him. Also, do not under any circumstances sit around and think about him being with the new girl, it will make you crazy. And if he is with someone new and telling you that he still loves you, why is he with her, that is wrong on his part to her and to you. Do you really want to be with someone who would do that...? Escape the mind games.... Go out with girlfriends and keep yourself busy, before you know it, you will not be thinking about him as much. Getting over an ex is never easy, but it is done every day. Good luck and don't ever sell yourself short just because someone says they love you. Love is an action, not a statement....

He should make up his mind! He is seeing someone new but he still loves you? Did he tell you this? Please move on, not just for now but just move on. A guy who already has a new gf and still tells you that he loves you is a jerk. It's like he has got a new toy but still want to keep the old toy for entertainment and for 'good old time' sake! You seriously have to put your foot down cos you sound like you're not over him yet but you need to distance yourself from him. Right now you are vulnerable so the best thing is to stay away, cut him out of your life for now. If not he will continue to confuse you about his own 'confusion' over his relationship with you and the new gf. Please remember that it's wrong for him to put you in this situation where he left and now has a new gf and yet still loves you. It's unfair to you and to his new gf which may have no idea what is going on. You deserve someone who loves you and wants to be with you. Good luck!

Get over him forever!! any normal girl who has just broken up needs to have a day of two for wallowing. Do that, let it all out. then go out and get new makeover..a haircut or a new dye job. Get a new hobby or take trip with your friends. Enjoy you new found freedom. If he calls you don't answer, no matter how he text u a million times. No guy can have a gf and claims he still loves you. Remember also to throw all his stuff out!! Yes you can still be friends but not while he says he still loves you..

What caused you to break up is important for you to know. If he still loves you, his new girl friend is just the flavor of the month. If you find a new boyfriend, everything looks different. How do you know he still loves you? Did he tell you or is it wishful thinking. It might be best for you just to move on and not stay stuck in this situation. You have choices to make.

go out with me you'd forget him fast. meet others, go jogging or walk on the bike path plenty of guys there.obviously theres a reason hes the ex. get over it move on he has. if he left you for a new girl hes probably done it before too and wont hesitate to do it again.

Start by stop posting question on YA that deal with him. Delete his number from your phone or erase it from your phone book. Go out and have fun. He must not love you that much or he would be with you and not her.
