Here is the story...
I hit her first on the shoulder, not too hard.
Then she punched me real hard in the head.
Then I pulled her hair a bit.
Then she punched me real hard in the head again.
I know I was wrong for hitting her in the first place but isn't it wrong for her to punch me in the head?

in the head, yes. but in general no. she had the right to hit you since you hit her first. she might have been angry and thought the head was the best place for a hit but she should have just hit you in the arm or something. not in the head.

She is being mean and cruel. Someone hits you on the shoulders big deal, at least it sounds that way. She can cause a lot more damage to you by hitting your head. Sounds like this could be the start of an abusive relationship. If this doesn't stop, I would get out before it's too late.

Maybe she is trying to tell you to stop punching. What's with that. Is that the new way to love. Thank god I am single/ You should be lucky that she didn't smack you with a cast-iron frying pan. Lay off the punching there buddy boy, or you might get charged with asault. You must be a young punk to treat your girlfriend like that. Grow up, be a man for once.

LOL...ummm I guess she was just trying to defend herself. If you are not ready for punches in the head than my advice to you is don't hit people in the first place. Case solved!

What a crazy question. I think you may have been punched in the head once too often.

Its wrong for either one of you guys to put your hands on each other. I feel that when anyone puts their hands on you in any way all respect is gone from the relationship.

When you grow up and show Maturity you will see its better to use your Brains instead of your fists.. Violence is for weaklings who cannot control themselfs or who are Bullys and enjoy hurting somebody physically to overpower them because they cannot use diplomacy to resolve their issues..

its called SELF DEFENSE--
Anyway that is very immature of you to provoke someone to hit you in the head to start with.
U both apologize to each other and act more wise.

ummm, both of you should keep your hands to yourself. What's up with that? If you get that mad then walk away or something. Things could get out of hand. Now you have to make it up to her. Or she has to make it up to you. Was it worth it?
