It seems like a lot of people consider the Big Bang to be part of evolution.

Reading many of the answers to your question says a lot. Only a couple understood that you know the difference. These people actually believe men lived on the Earth at the same time as dinosaurs, come on, you think they can even understand science let alone recognize the difference between Big Bang, abiogenesis and evolution. Its like asking small children to derive equations, ain't happening.

And that is how the evolutionists evade questions they cannot answer. Pass it off to another branch of study.

Creationists ask cosmological questions in relation to evolution, not because they think they're related, but because of the time line needed for evolution to work. If the universe is not as old as evolutionists need for their theory to be feasible, then they have a major problem.

So creationists ask how the universe began - where did all this matter come from. It does have a bearing on evolution.

Has anyone noticed the increase in evolutionary thought once the sciences became specialized and split apart, and experts in each field assumed the other field had the answer to a problem they couldn't overcome.

Evolutionists who are not interested in cosmology, geology, physics and other such sciences should be - it opens their minds to question the unquestionables in Biology.

Evolution is the explantion and method by which speciation occurs. It's solely to do with biology. Evolution does draw on many other fields - Geology, physics (radiological dating, for instance), etc, but that's only supporting what they do - these are seperate fields having nothing directly to do with evolution.

Astronomy and cosmology contradict the bible (only certain literal interpretations) and give an explanation of how the universe came about, but they say nothing about evolution.

This only highlights how ignorant the creationists are.

Neither cosmology or evolution "contradict" the Bible.

Evolution is a paradigm.
Cosmology is a field of study.

actual, no. in certainty, diverse Creationists have diverse methods. some will attempt to makeup "medical" evidence that they are authentic, some will build £28m "museums" in an attempt to persuade visitors. then you get people who don't be attentive to sufficient to proove themselves to be the main suitable option so they war to smear something they see as opposition. What you're speaking approximately pertains to criticism over creationism being in public colleges. The argument, that's spot on, is that creationism is a non secular theory and coaching it as certainty could be deemed as promoting a faith and is subsequently unlawful under the 1st Constitutional ammendment. the way those creationists are combating lower back is by skill of claiming that evolution is a theory which they call Evolutionism (a non-be conscious actual because it particularly is no longer a theory) and each and all the fields of learn you have suggested that threaten creationism are the two area of Evolutionism or are in simple terms propaganda to bolster it. of course it particularly is a load of nonsense. everyone who makes use of the argument that any of those are ideals of "evolutionists" are patently delusional and can be omitted in actually intelectual debate.

Obviously it should be correctly termed biological evolution because it only deals with species adaptation and evolution but creationists manufacture a straw man combining big bang, Darwinian theory and human immorality then label it evolution.
