Gurl be true to your self and tell him. Here's my piece of advice "Do not tell him in fron't of friends, talk to him when you and him are alone". That's the best that I can give you.

From your profile, I see you are a new user. Welcome. I think you should go up to he or she and say what your feelings are but do not do it in open public. Take her aside somewhere. And pourout your heart. But be careful of what you say. He or she might be offended if they interpret what you say as something other than what you meant.
