I assume you're trying to bulk up adn don't want fat weight, so you want to stay away from foods with lots of fatty calories. You want to stick to good, healthy calories.

You should be eating large, HEALTHY meals which means lots of low-far proteinds and vegetables.

In addition, you should try protien shakes in between meals to give you fat-free calories.

A good place to shop would be a GNC. They'll be able to show you all the calorie shakes that will help your body build muscle, without adding lots of fat.

hcwwur is right. Eat before you go to bed. I still wouldn't try to eat very unhealthy though, as it could be hard on your heart. I would eat rice, pasta, and stuff like that before going to bed.
