Yes :-) Just soften the honey before adding. A few seconds in the microwave (or put the jar in hot water) should do the trick!

I'd advise against it unless your goal is to have the salad taste like honey. Personally, I would find this off putting. Additionally, the honey will not mix easily with the (typically) vinegar base unless heated.
If it's the refined sugar you're worried about, use "Sugar In The Raw" or any other brand of unrefined, unprocessed sugar that can be found at your local Trader Joe's or Whole Foods.

It's very easy to substitute honey for sugar in any of your recipes. Honey is up to twice as sweet as table sugar, so you will need to reduce the amount called for in the recipe by one-third to one-half honey for granulated or table sugar.
If you ever want to substitute honey in baked goods, you will also have to reduce the liquid called for by about 1/5, since honey is composed of up to 18% water.

I take it your trying to go for a more healthy approach. Ive read in most books you should use brown sugar. but cut the amount in half. honey should be used for things already pretty sweet like cookies and cakes.

honey can be substituted for sugar in literally anything. It add additional depth of flavor that you can't get from sugar. It's also better for you and doesn't go bad.

I would never put either in bean salad. Just omit the "sweet" stuff altogether.
