I start the day with a protein drink, then have something like a tuna sandwich on wheat bread an hour before my workout, then have another protein drink within an hour of your workout.
You'll be fine it hasn't affected me in any way.

Considering that there are whey proteins in milk, I wouldn't think that they would be bad for you. However, too much of anything can have a negative effect on your health.

there are whey proteins in formula milk for babies so id imagine the correct amounts taken would not be harmful

No, just the people who are allergic to whey can't eat it. Their organisms do not tolerate it, that's why they just can eat some different kinds of bread ... You can eat whey if you are not allergic.

If you take too much of it, then yes it can damage your liver. However, a good amount can help your muscles repair much faster, and is not harmful to you in any way. Use it after a good workout.

no. you need it at any age. we usually get it from our normal food, but the little capsule things (if that is the kindof thing that you're taking) are just to make up for a lack of it we might not eat.
