I think If you are giving your board exams you would not be older than 19. Also a normal person lives to 70 years of age. So If you look at your board exams they hardly play a big role in your life. Here is what I would like for you to do. Dont expect anything from yourself or anyone. Dont say you want to get a 90% in your board exams or whatever number you are thinking. I just want you to study as much as you can, Try to think as much as you can and try to learn as much as you can. Dont worry about your family, if your happy they are happy. Also in the end of the day it is you that is the one giving the exam. Trust me I have given the board exams and I know how you feel, but once everything is over you will realise the exam is not that important. They will be much bigger things in your life to worry about, so dont let these exams bother you. As long as you know where you are going and where you want to be in the future, for me you have aced all exams. Best of luck and dont forget to enjoy yourself.

Okay, to fill in your 'tensed' time productively, ask your teacher or your parent to construct 10/15 such question papers that will not only help you strenghten the matter already covered but also help you with the preparation of the matter you havent covered(If you are bored solving same set of board papers over and over)
This will keep you from thinking about your weaknesses and also help you build your confidence. While solving paper decide how you are going to speed through your time when you take your Board exam.

Get away from your relatives if they keep you from studying. Go to the library. Settle down, read everything THREE times (proven to help it "stick" in your mind), make some flash cards, and set a time limit to take a half-hour break or so every couple hours. Don't forget to eat well and remember that sleep is very important. Also, while you're studying, suck on peppermints. At your exam, also suck on a peppermint. This is proven to help you remember what you were studying. Overall, don't stress too much. It'll only make things worse. Hope I helped.

If you are getting tensed, it's a reflection of yourself. When you speak about your exam or show stress, reciprocally you receive the responses. Do not talk or discuss about your board exam, as it approaches, to ANYONE! Though some worry is quite normal. Good luck! Please inform me of the exam's results.

forget about the pressures your relatives are putting on you and only focus on your boards because see it is a turning point of your life and if you give your papers under any pressure which is of no use then you might not score well in your boards..
so my humble request to you is just focus at your studies and score high and show the world what you can do...ok
BEST OF LUCk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hai amruta!
don't worry . i can understand ur problem. it was same with my friend who was too much stressed about her exams. but she scored very less marks.so my advice to u will be that just ignore them .don't concerntrate ontheir words better u keep ur concerntration on your subjects.dont study for hours together. give break to urself.dont be tensed. if u be tensed then u will surely find very difficult to learn ur answers. another solution for ur problem is performing yoga atleast 20 minutes.
and if u are not able to learn ur answers then-read question&answer properly. then understand it in ur mothertongue &then try to answer it in the same subject language but in ur own words .last but not least ALWAYS REMEMBER----" WE HAVE 2 EARS -ONE TO LISTEN& THE OTHER TO SEND USELESS THOUGHTS OUT"contact me at-am.ananya@yahoo.com
