Try this site. It will go by your height, weight, age, and activity level and tell you what your daily caloric intake or weight maintenance/weight loss should be.

Go on Master Cleanse, or a juice fast, using only juices that come straight from your own home juicer. (No canned or jarred juices, they are bad for you, and will not help you to lose weight as much as fresh juice.)

That having been said, I would love to be 125 lbs., I am afraid that you might need some kind of therapy if you believe that you should lose weight.

EDIT:

Ummm....nope. You don't need to lose weight to be healthier. But do what you will.

I wouldnt drop under 1200 calories a day. This is what I do. If you excercise you will lose the weight faster. Im 5'4", 132 lbs. Good luck.
