I'm going to assume you have a Windows PC - if you have a mac, reply and I'll answer for that.
Are you browsing to the disk using Windows explorer? If there's just pictures on the disk you'll need to browse to the disk first. - there won't be any autoplay on it.
If you have a modern keyboard with a Windows key next to the alt button on the bottom left, press and hold the Windows key and then press E to open Windows Explorer. Expand "My Computer" if then click on your CD drive that should be shown there. You should see a list of files. If there are no files, then there may be nothing on the disk.

It just might be that you computer is not picking up that a cd is in the drive. Click on Start>My Computer> then click on your Walgreen's photo disk.

In my Openion U should Upgrade ur computer or Read about the Disk Requirments. And make sure you have all of them in ur Computer.

If your cd drive isn't set to auto run it won't do anything. Go into my computer and click on the drive to open the cd manually.
