I'm 26 and very rarely approached by men. I have been told that I'm cute and dress well. I am intelligent and have a sense of humor. Also a big sports fan. Usually when I'm out with friends I am having a good time so its not like I am acting like a b****. What is going on?

Maybe guys are intimidated? Guys, I've noticed, tend to shy away from girls who look high-maintenance. You sound like a pretty awesome girl so maybe they're just scared.

But don't always wait for the guy to start things off. If you see someone you find interesting, go and talk to him!

I read somewhere that the majority of lasting relationships start with the guy making the first move (and in my 22 years of experience this has been true so far) so approach him, talk with him, but let him ask you out. You just have to let him know you're there, interested, and approachable. If he knows you're a cool chick, not a scary perfect diva, he'll be more comfy asking you out.

It also has a lot to do with what is considered acceptable now. No one likes being called a weirdo or purvert. Try setting up some more interactive situations were they see that yes your cute but there's more, you might be a lot cuter than you realize and that can be a real high hurdle for them. And give the guy that's not so good looking a chance too. hang in there this happens to everyone. When your on the hunt there's nothing to hunt and when your involved, there begging for you like your the last piece of pie

With the qualities you have men might get the impression that you are spoken for. Have you ever thought of approaching men? Some like it and some don't, but for those who do, they will meet someone who has magnetic qualities.

Unfortunately men are very beauty oriented. Sounds like you're a great gal but haven't met the right guy.
