is it ok for me to not leave water down for her except after she eats three times a day? I don't know what to do I have never had a dog and don't want to be inhumane. Please give me some advice. I'm letting her out every 15 min sometimes every 10 and watch her good but she needs to pee alot.

It is perfectly ok to do this. Especially if the pup is mainly indoors, the pup won't be in the heat or running as much to need free access to water. Offering it meals is a great time to offer it as well. So, have no fear it is completly humane. Now watch her though, if she is running outside a lot especially when summer and warmer weather arrives and offer it to her more. She will give you cues to being thirsty (such as panting alot) to signal she needs some water and offer it then and pick it up if you would like. You also will need to watch for dehydration like a dry tongue and when you pinch a skin fold, it stays taught. If this happens, you can still pick the water up but offer it more often like once every hour.
