You need some empty CD's or DVD's handy. In itunes go to file and then back up to disc. just go through the process, install itunes in the other computer and insert the CD/DVD and itunes should do it automatically. If it doesn't, go to file in itunes and selct either Add folderto library or import, then find the disc in your system through the search.
