I has skinny legs cause im tall, I've run since one year, but I dont see any results yet, my legs still skinny.

Your muscles are more lean than bulky - thats not necessarily a bad thing, especially if you like to run.

Carrying around a bunch of extra muscle isn't usually the best bet in the first place - it puts more strain on your heart, and will eventually just turn to fat if you ever get old and lazy.

Better to stay lean, and fit - keep up the running (bicycling is better though - no impact on your joints). You can try taking some of the bulk adding stuff they sell at gyms and health food stores, but it sounds like your metabolism combined with your body type is just the wrong combination if you want to have big scary muscles.

well your age is a factor. But no it won't affect your growth. If anything the exercise will help. Eat more protein. Protein is vital with muscle growth.
