There's this guy who is in almost all of my classes and he notices me but I feel like he dosen't like me even though he picks on me as if he does like me! I get so confused, can somebody give me tips on how to get him to like me?

He picks on you because he has noticed you. Just start chatting with him, even if it's only about silly stuff. Eventually you'll start talking about other things and you'll get to know each other.

I have seen these many times and I am only 15. I suggest you be yourself. Offer him assistance when he needs it and if he shrugs you off, just be happy you tried. If he is mean to you, turn the other cheek. Hit him back with some nice words or compliments. If you really want him to like you now, try to take him aside one day and ask him to try to understand your situation. If you are uncomfortable with going up and just telling the truth flat out, ask him if you could be his friend. Try to get to knowhim a little more. If he says something about you, try to ask him to explain calmly why he thinks that of you. That might somehow get you into a conversation. *Sigh* (wanders off) I wish I had one friend...

First off you can not get someone to like you. He either likes you or he does not.
You state that he picks on you which is a sign that he does indeed like you. Now that does not mean he is going to ask you out. Now the question is will you ask him out?

u should be nice to him and ask if he needs a study buddy or have lunch with him the closer and the more time u spend with him the more liklier that he will like

Make yourself look nice and try to talk to his friend(s) to get to know him better. Then of course, talk to him.
Or just the first and last. You know, speed things up.

Truthfully... there is no way to get a guy to like you. If he like you he likes you, if not... shitty deal.
But if he does like you, then you are going to have to let him know that. Or you may never know what could've been.
