If you're looking for warm I would have to say gulf coast, Florida, or southern California. Look on the internet and try to find beaches that aren't near major cities.

Hawaii is always perfect and the crowds are either light or none existent.

This time of year either Florida or So Cal can work also. If you can't make Hawaii, the other two work just fine.
