You die of organ failure, not old age. So any age, I guess! Don't worry about it too much.

you dont have to worry about how old, but about after death, what next?
this is because since man lost his dominion in his Maker, death has always hunted him...if a day old dies, what age you think is qualified for death? all dies but not all lives again after death.
