i want to ask this guy out and im not sure actually i turned him down and now i really like him i mean i liked him in the first place but i dont kno y i did that would it be rite to ask him out

First I would make sure your friendship with him is in tact. Like, does he trust that you're real and not playing games? That would make it easier for you to predict that he might say yes if you do ask him out. You may also want to be casual about it, hanging with a group of your friends and his friends all together somewhere like the movies or even the mall. If you want it to be more personal, you can make plans to do something neither one of you has tried. Something silly like old school rollerskating! But he might want to know why you turned him down. If something becomes of you two, always be honest! You need his trust. Good luck!

Um, duh. You are officially not attractive to him now because you rejected him. Now, you have to work harder. That is how my brain works.
