Is there an online program that helps you file online...like telling you what box the numbers are in and so on. I don't know how to file my taxes and need something that is going to tell me exactly what numbers to put where. Or can I call a number and have someone walk me through it? I live in Pennsylvania.

Ok, PA is pretty easy. I prepare taxes in PA. Email me and let me know what forms you have e.g. W-2, 1099-INT and what numbers are on them.... and I'll try to walk you through it. I have the PA forms so can fill one in, then get back to you with what you have to put where.

If you'll send me your regular email address, my answer will be able to be longer since it won't have to fit in the restricted space that Yahoo Answers allows.

Go to the website for the PA Department of Revenue. All of your questions about the state return are answered there.
