hi there, does anyone know of any websites where i can either download for free or do it on a website? i want to add backgrounds, effects and other stuff to my photos? abit like photoshop.
i want it free though? anyone know anywhere where i can do this

arcsoft photostudio might work, it's kinda like photoshop elements but it might be a little difficult to find. if not free you can get it pretty cheap ($20). another cheap one, though not free, is Xara Xtreme, even if it's not free it a very nice program and i would seriously think about spending the money to get it. always possible to pirate a program too eh?
you might also look for free downloads of older versions of photoshop, such as photoshop 5.

Picasa is one of the most popular image editor software, I get a free copy here http://j.mp/1pkfLMS
With Picasa you are able to edit and modify all the images, it's easy to use and works like a charm

its completly free and is like photoshop and can even open photoshop files (with plugin).
Its very good and I reccomend it, its free and easy to use.
Just search google for it.

Also with photoshop get lots of plug in effects like the kai power tools, xenofex and eye candy range... for all those nightclub flyer effects
