i want to lose weight in i month for a really important party and i have to lose more than 15 lbs what its a great work out or diet that it would help me ?

15lbs. in a month may not be realistic. The most you might expect to lose would be maybe 10 lbs. Exercise and a low fat diet. Hire a exercise trainer and go see a nutritionist. They can recommend a safe effective way to lose the weight through exercise and diet.

When I decided to lose weight I went and bought a treadmill and then I went and bought a bottle of Hoodia. I started dieting (about 1500 calories per day) and walking 30 mins per day at around 2 miles per hour. In one month I lost 20 pounds. Good luck with this.

it's not healthy to lose that much weight in that short period of time. the average should be 1-2 lbs per week for a healthy loss. meaning = 8lbs in about month. to start your safe weight loss, you should cut your calorie intake and increase your cardio. if you do weights remember that you may gain initially due to the fact that muscle weighs more than fat. i.e. if you gained 5 lbs of muscle and lost 3 lbs of fat, you would actually see a gain of 2lbs on the scale but a fitter/toner body. be safe!

It's not that difficult if you are committed. Eating empty or v. low calories food will help. The trick is to stay full and not hungry all the time. Works for me:)
