Yes you are bulemic. If you are "purging" to get rid of food, it's bulemia, regardless of whether or not you binge.

Relax, it takes time to gt rid of baby weight, and sometimes it doesn't all go away. The best thing for weight loss is the basics:diet and exercise.

Some advice
I dealt with bulemia for several years. I was so caught up with what people around me looked like, that although I was a beautiful woman and had a wonderful personality, I thought that my weight made me ugly and worthless as a woman and a person. I exercised and did other things, but I was so unhappy with my looks that I kept purging on top of everything else. I had low self-esteem and absolutley no self-worth. What I had to end do is learn to love myself no matter what was in the mirror. I am still fighting my weight, but it's different now. I love me and that is what makes me confident and happy. The best thing we can do as mothers is break the cycle of thought among our daughters that you have to be a 2, 4, or 6 in order to be beautiful and desirable. Teach her to love the inside while honoring and taking care of the outside. A suggestion for what helped me, www.celebraterecovery.com

Start going to weight watchers meetings. They have the support there that you need to loose the weight. I really don't think your husband is going to leave you just cause you are carrying some extra weight that you didn't have before.

Good Luck & keep up the great work!
