it depends on your budget - most of the hotels have lovely wedding chapels (particularly Bellagio and Luxor) but tend to be more expensive, while Little Chapel of the Flowers, Graceland Wedding Chapel and Little Church of the West are very pretty independent chapels (and less expensive).
The website below lets you browse all chapels, and search wedding packages by cost. The book Neon Nuptials is also well worth buying as it rates every chapel honestly.
Good luck!

I'm getting married at the Tropicana - Outside glass chapel. A friend got married at Mandaley Bay - very pretty, a bit more formal. Pretty much any of the hotels have chapels, you just need to know what your budget is. The fancier hotels are usually a lot more money than the smaller ones. I've heard the Little chapel in the west is supposed to be nice too. Search under wedding chapels las vegas and you'll have a great selection to choose from.
Congrats and good luck!

A "non-cheesy" wedding chapel in Vegas? That's like asking for a "non-cheesy" Elvis impersonator show in Vegas. Good luck!

Las Vegas is build on cheese.
Mandalay Bay is very nice. It is located at the far end of the strip so it is somewhat issolated. They have a very nice and tasteful little wedding chapel.

Check with the Bellagio. I hear they have an absolutely amazing chappel, plus the pictures you'd have in the gardens and with the fountains would be amazing. You might also want to check Caesar's Palace or Mandalay Bay. After the ceremony and dinner, I suggest kicking your marriage off with lap dances at Crazy Horse Too or Spearmint Rhino! Chances are you won't be the only honeymooners in the VIP room! ha ha ha!
