if your thoughts are this obsessive over your weight, you need to seek professional counseling and they will either be able to help you gain control over your obsessive thoughts and or help direct you to a nutritionist that can help you with your diet. Either way you are way too focused on this and it has lead to it controlling your life, you need to seek more help than you will be able to find here. Call someone today, do not delay. You will show your daughter that you are able to recognize when there is a problem that you cannot control and you got help for it before it consumed you.

I have been where you are...You have to think about if you keep doing it there are long term health problems you can get. I have TMD which is a jaw problem you one of the causes is malnutrition i will have it forever pretty much and it is very painful. This is just one of the long term effects.
You just have to be strong and don't let your self do it anymore. Hit the gym, run, or do yoga. It all can help you lose weight it can be done i have lost 15lbs no throwing up at all! Just be strong remember your body changes after you have a baby, you may not be able to go all the way down to 100lbs again because you body is just different. Hope this helps.

Yes, you are. If it is "now and then" it is easier to solve, but do it now! When you read the last letter of this, dial the number of a psychologist, and go to therapy. You should not feel guilty about your weight. After that, go to a nutritionist and you will get a professionally designed diet. Eat that, don't feel guilty (sorry for repeating, but it may be important to insist) and quit the purging, ok? Love yourself, and take care of that baby.

if you're purging at anytime, that is an eating disorder. you must realize that there is not a "fast" solution to weight loss. you must work on being healthy, not skinny. since having your baby, your body has made changes and may never be what it used to be. try working out daily and maintaining a healthy eating habit. typically eating disorders stem from another emotional problem. speak to a friend, doctor, family member.

Yes you are and you need to stop not only for your health but for your daughters mental health.
Do you want the only thing going through her mind being (I'm Fat)?

The very fact that you ask this ? can mean theirs a problem .Talk to some 1 who can help. Maybe your doc first.Psychologically i think your going through the pattern that could become more serious if you don't help yourself now.

Yes, you show signs of a eating disorder. You have the complusion to throw up and sometime indulge in this, I think you should talk to your doctor about it.
