right from my birth he played dirty tricks,put me in depression,i was reduce to nothing,once thought i will never be normal and had not normal mind.after 31 years i know that he is fooling,the answer that i still not find is what did he want and get by doing such thing.i was the youngest in my family,i had two elder sister and we two younger brother.should he be let free to create more trouble.

I do not believe in couselling. You have to find the strength in you to forgive your dad, but dont forget.
I'm struggling with the same issue myself. Though perhaps on a different level. Nevertheless, I harbour a hurt against my dad. But I do not let it ruin my life. I have made it clear to him that I do not like him being anywhere near me. Anyways, be clever. Get legal protection if you must. If he is a sly character. Be on your guard and be safe.
Above all, trust God. I believe in God. I believe in forgiveness, but I have my doubts with forgetting. Cant. But dont live in the past either.

I hope you are getting good counceling.
I'm 50, and still today let things my father did bother me, but I should just let it all go. Too late to do anything about it now anyways.
try and make yourself think this: My pops was a sicko in the head. I can try and forgive, but I know I won't forget.
Try and do soemthing with your life that keeps dad miles away from you. That will help.
Demand and apology from him.

Its not understandable from your question as to what despicable thing your father did to you. What exactly do you mean by "he is fooling"? Anyway, you must have suffered a lot to have poured out all your emotions against him in this forum. I hope you have managed to get going in your life. No need to look back. All you need to do is to try and forget those days and consider your father as a necessary evil. No need to do anything with him.

What can you do? I know my neighbor makes speed and gives it to young girls for sex, and I know that the whole town knows and so do the police, but what can you do? Just try to move on with your life, because there are millions of despicible people in the world who don't deserve the air that they breathe, but somehow they still get away with it.
