If you're still throwing up you probably shouldn't eat anything.
You may want to sip some ginger ale, or a sports drink such as Gatorade to replace lost fluids and electrolytes.
When I was pregnant with a terrible case of the stomach flu, my doctor recommended draining the juice from canned peaches and sipping just a tablespoon or two every hour or so to calm the stomach. Unbelievably, this worked.
If the vomiting continues, call your doctor or pharmacist. They can recommend an OTC drug that will calm your stomach. Be warned, they taste like pine.
If the vomiting has been severe, and especially if you've had diarrhea with it, you may be dehydrated. In this case, you would want to have the fluids replaced via IV in the emergency room. Call your doctor to see what he suggests.
I'm sorry to hear that you are so under the weather, and I hope you get to feeling better soon.

I usually try to find something fairly bland, not spicy.
Toast or bagels (don't eat too much cream cheese with them though), crackers, maybe work your way up to some soup - potato or chicken noodle.
All this talk about food is probably making you sicker anyway.
On the other hand, if I have a hangover, I go find the greasiest diner I can find, and order up some ham 'n eggs with hashbrowns, smother the whole thing with half a bottle of tobasco and chow down.
Nothing kills a hangover better than HOT food.

Rice is about the easiest thing to digest. Drink lots of fluids Gatorade is is OK but it may aggravate your stomach. Sprite is good since it is clear let it go a little flat since the bubbles may agitate the stomach.
