You are talking about damage done to the gums from using to hard of a brush or by brushing too hard. If the problem is caught early enough it can be reversed but the chance for improvment lessens over time as more damage is done. Hope this helps. toothbrush abrasion,.?? confused
if your talking about a hard toothbrush bristle,that caused a inner mouth boil,.// than gargle with salt and warm water,.and don't brush to hard or get a soft bristle toothbrush,.,.

if you mean can you grow back your enamel that you lost by brushing too hard that answer is NO. sorry.
