Chicken and dumplings is one of my favorites - my husband's too. I also make the dumplings to top beef stew. The recipe is usually on the box.

But I really love cakes made with Bisquick - and the recipe is sometimes on the inside of the box. If not here it is:

3 cups Bisquick
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
4 eggs
1 3 ounce package of instant pudding (your choice of flavor)
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Pour in bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees 30 - 45 minutes.

One of our favorites is made with butterscotch pudding and frosted with chocolate fudge frosting and sprinkled with pecans.

there are a lot of good recipes on the box, or on the website ( sorry i do not have a box handy), they have a really good recipe for coffee cake,
1/3 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
2/3 cup milk or water
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 egg
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
2 teaspoons powdered instant coffee (dry)

1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease square pan, 8x8x2 inches. Mix coconut, nuts, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon butter; set aside.
2. Beat remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and coffee in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan. Stir together chocolate and coffee; spoon over batter. Lightly swirl chocolate mixture through batter several times with knife for marbled design. Sprinkle coconut mixture evenly over top.
3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve warm.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft) Heat oven to 425ºF. Stir 2 tablespoons Gold Medal® all-purpose flour into Bisquick mix.

they have a lot of recipes on their website, check it out.

Simple Chicken Pot Pie!

Mix 1 bag of mixed veggies, one cooked, cubed potatoe, 2 cooked, cubed chicken breasts and a tb. of oregono together in chicken gravy. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Prepare bisquick bisquits as instructed, and place mixture in globs on top of of filling mixture. Bake at 350 until hot, bubbly and bisquits are cooked! YUM

I also love to add a couple of handfuls of shredded cheddar, a sprinkle or two of garlic powder and some herbs to the batter to make Red-Lobster style garlic and herb bisquits. When they come out of the oven, brush them with melted butter :D
