i have brown hair and i just got blonde highlights and i'm trying to decide whether to dye it back or not (and obviously i have blue eyes :P)

If she was cute, I would go for either type of girl. Hair colour is not an issue for me, but to be honest, the blonde hair and blue eyed girl would be the more popular choice. She should be a natural blonde though - with blonde eyebrows.

i just like the eyes, the hair doesn't matter, it just care when its natural blonde, not peroxide, but i deffinetally go for the blonde, not for nothing the get more easy a job as secretary
