Thousands of US $. It does not matter who sponsered you. It's not an easy matter. A lot can change in between going from from point A to B. The suffering cannot always be measured in dollars & cents.

There are fees involved with immigration that aren't on there though-things like the medical exam which can cost several hundred dollars, and may not be listed on that sheet.

Govt. / application fee is very low and can be easily afforded by any applicant.
